If you currently have Sprint VRS for PC application on your computer, it is important that you uninstall the Sprint VRS for PC (VideoSign) from your desktop/laptop before moving on. Sprint VRS is also pleased to let you know that there is a upgraded version of Sprint Video 4G software. You will need to uninstall the Z4 software.
- Go to Start
- Click on Settings, select Control Panel
- Open "Add or Remove Programs"
- Click "Change or Remove Programs"
- Click on Sprint VRS for PC (VideoSign) program to remove from the desktop or click Remove.
